Of New Manga

I'm trying to create a new manga out of a song that has been stuck to my head for these couple of months. I'm trying to get the storyline and guess what, I'm stuck. I know the flow of the story but I can't seem to put it in drawing...

Oh, and the story I'm trying to make is from the song 'If' by Kana Nishino, OST for Naruto Shippuden Movie 4. Maybe you can already figure out how my story goes?
